This probably sounds weird but i squatted, and put a mirror in between my legs on the floor, then i slowly ( diagonally so that it is like its kind of facing ur bottom ) insert the tampon be carefully!.
ohhhhhhhhhh and try to relaxes

pull the inside aplicator bit til it cliks, insert into vagina & push aplicator until it clicks againWww@Answer-Health@Com
