i got mine when i was 14 and i am still 14!. beginning of 8th grade!. i use tampons because they are more comfortable!. and! the get rid of your period faster! no lies!. pads stay on your undies, so the period has to travel down further to get to the pad right!? and tampons go up there, and soaks it up! besides, who likes the idea of sitting in period all day right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Im 13/7th and i got my period when i was ten an in 5th!. and i use pads!. but im going to start tampons around the 4-5 year mark!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was 13 (between 7th & 8th grade)!.
I used a belt & pads for about the first year then started using tampons!. The best tampon I ever used was OB ~ they are the absolute BEST !!! I used pads at night - especially on heavy days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got my first period the summer before fifth grade!. I was about 10 years old!. In the beginning, say the first couple years, I used pads as I don't think i was really mature enough to use tampons!. Now that its been quite awhile, I use tampons regularly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got my period at age 11!. I used pads for the everyday and then used tampons for swimming, at the beach, or if I was wearing tight pants or skirt!. When I had heavy bleeding tampons made me feel worse and I went through them quickly!. Ultra thin pads with wings from Always are my favorite!. I don't have to change them as often as tampons, they limit the odors, and protect my underwear from stains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got mine when i was 15 but i have always been on the thin side!. Obesity increases the chances of getting your period early!. Also stress can induce it too!. You want to use pads first because a tampon will hurt too bad!. I couldnt use tampons til a year later and even then i used the small light absorbensies!. Now i used tampons all the time because i just feel a lot cleaner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I got my period when I was in 7th grade (12 year old) and I used pads for 2 years, until I was a Freshman!.!.!.!. I had really awful periods (still do unfortunately), but it was hard to use a tampon because of the pressure!. I eventually started using tampons because I was on two cheer squads and it was much easier to move that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
