My Period??!


Question: My Period!?!?
I am 15 years old,
I am NOT sexually active
But I have not had my period this month!.

I have lost alot of weight
and been exercising alot too

That could be the reason, but only being 15 could also be the reason!. Most female's periods do not regulate until they turn 18, or maybe even 21!. You have no reason to worry if you have not had sex!. If this problem persists, or you start having your period abnormally long, you may want to go see your doctor!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, a lot of working out can effect your cycle!. Stress is also a factor!. Have you been stressed out lately!? Drink lots of water, maybe yoga would help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is correct!. Those could all be the reasons and plus you are young and your period will take a while to regulate itself so there is no need to worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet and exercise can play a big part in delaying your periods!. Many things can cause you to skip a period including anxiety, stress, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
