Question: I was told at the doctors that i have 2 much yeast, what do i buy to get rid of that problem!?
Answers:
IF you have a vaginal yeast infection you need to do a 7 day yeast infection treatment (its available in the same aisle as the pads and tampons) do a 7 day NOT a 1 or 3 day, these dont always work, use the cream right before you lay down for bed so it has the best absorption, a lot of times this is caused by an antibiotic that throws off the balances in you're body, to avoid this in the future eat yogurt twice a day while using antibiotics, if you havent used an antibiotic be careful to not get soap inside you when you wash and put you're underclothing through and extra rinse on the wash cycleWww@Answer-Health@Com
