Answers:
Caffeine is a stimulant and will make your cramps worse by stimulating more forceful contractions of your uterus, which is what your uterus does to expel the unused uterine lining!. Keep a bottle of advil in your purse and take it when you have cramps!. If they give you a hard time at school for keeping Advil in your purse, then write your name on it and let the nurse keep it in her office for you should you need it for a headache or cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well they have these heating pad things that stick to your stomach and are not noticable!. Look in the pharmacy part of Walmart for a box!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is nothing like tea
tea has no caffeine in it, coffee has a lot
tea is soothing, coffee keeps you awake
what in the world gave you the idea that coffee and tea are similar!?
and take tylenol/advil/midol before you go to school so you don't have to worry about it
just learn which days your cramps are the worst and take it on those days so you're not taking it every single day
like, i know that i always have bad cramps on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th days of my period so on those days i always take tylenol before i leave for school so i don't have to take any during schoolWww@Answer-Health@Com
