In pain.....?!

Question: In pain!.!.!.!.!.!?
for around a week now I have been in a lot of pain!. My pelvic area has been hurting and I have been getting sharp pains throughout the pelvic and genitalia area!. Back pain as well mostly on right side but nothing like kidney stone pain (atleast not in the back area) I called friday but the doctors couldnt see me, they think it is a urinary tract infection and called in some meds so far I took 2 of them and I am not getting any better, could it have been a UTI!? I do have endometriosis I dont know if its that pain or the UTI, I dont know what to do!? Should I go to the hospital!? Or give the antibiotics more time to work!? Are UTI's usually this painful!? HELP, a little scared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
