I used to use tampax tampons, but to be honest I hated the way they dried me out and the fact that there is so much waste!. I recently found moon cup and it's amazing! It's a menstrual cup that you reuse, perfect for the environment and it doesn't absorb your natural moisture! When I was wearing it I completely forgot I was on my period on the first place!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tampons !. I use Tampax regulars !. Never use the supers cuz they really dry you out !.
