Should i use a tampon?!

If you've just started your period, you should probably stick to pads!. If you're more comfortable with your period than I suggest you try a tampon!. Don't be embarrassed to ask your mom to buy tampons! She's going through the same thing, too!. It shouldn't be uncomfortable for you to talk about what feels right for you!. Well just tell your mum that you would feel more confortable using tampons and for when you go swimming you can't wear pads!. Tampons are so much easier than pads!. But only use a tampon if you feel comfortable and make sure you read about them before you use it!.

Just say, "hey mom, I would like to try using a tampon!. I would really appreciate it if you could help me get one!." If she asks why, just say exactly what you said "bc pads don't feel right"!.
But trust me, if you think pads feel weird at first, tampons feel even weirder! You just have to get used to them!. Maybe the pads you are using are too big!. Try using a smaller pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its about what you like, i personally agree with you about pads and i wear tampons!. just approach your mom and say that your feel uncomfortable with pads and that you would like to try tampons!. if she doesnt allow you to have that option then she leaves you no choice but to do it anyways without her help!. just get them yourself if she wontWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't really like tampons!. I looked at them and they look fuzzy like they will fall apart!. I wouldn't want to put anything in my 'lady parts' that I would find nasty to put in my mouth!. But you could bring it up to your mother sometime!. Maybe when you want to go swimming while on your period!. Also, finding thinner pads or with wings or different kinds might increase your comfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just have "the talk" with her!. ask her if you can talk about something serious, and tell her all the reasons you dont like pads, and ask if you can wear tampons!. you should start off with the slender ones, which are just really small!. make sure you ask her how to put them in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is she not willing to let you use tampons!? You should just tell her that's what you want and see how she responds!. I don't know how old you are, but I can't imagine you're so young that you can't be trusted to make sound decisions about your body!. You should definately consider using tampons!. They're amazing and so much more comfortable than pads!. I personally like Tampax, they're pretty cheap but they come with a cardboard applicator which can be tough for some girls to get used to!. I'd suggest starting when your period is light so it's not so messy!. Playtex Gentle Glide has a plastic applicator that's pretty easy to use so it'll probably be best for you to start with the smallest of those!. Just talk to your mom, if you're into sports explain to her that it's really uncomfortable to run around with a pad and you've heard that tampons are much more comfortable and also since summer is coming up quick ask her if you could try them for swimming!. I'd also suggest NOT wearing tampons to bed, it's probably just me but I've read about TSS/Toxic Shock Syndrome (which is something you should read up about before using tampons) and I get a little parinoid about wearing the same tampon for more than six hours but that's just my feeling, you can make your own decision once you get used to them!.

i wouldn't used tampons if i were you because i new some one that did used tampons and she got cancer please Liston to you;r mom and don't used them just used the regular small maxi pads that will be the best thing to used for you but it is up to you if you want to used tarpons just tell your mom the truthWww@Answer-Health@Com
