Gyno exam jitters?!

Question: Gyno exam jitters!?
What exactly happens at a gyno exam!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's natural to feel the jitters, after all, that's a very persoanal area the doctor will be looking at!. They have a special instrument that they slowly insert and keeps your vagina open so they can then do a quick scrap of your cervix!. This is called a pap smear, and it sort of feels like a tickle!. The insturment they insert is usually heated, it won't be cold!. It only takes a moment, and it's just best to look up at the ceiling and just relax to make it easier!. In fact, most OB/Gyns have nice pictures up there!. Relax is the key!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the doc will talk to you first, ask a bunch of questions that may seem a bit personal, don't be embarrased just be truthful and open!. then she will probably give you a pap smear which doesn't really hurt!. you have to lay back and open your legs, its uncomfortable but if you just look to the side and relax it's over quickly and painlessly!. you have to find the right gyno thou you can't just go with anyone, it has to be someone that you feel comfortable talking to and that doesn't make you feel scared!. you have to be comfortable saying anything from "my period might be too heavy" to " i have a strange discharge" be open and honest and everything will work out fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
