I would start by getting a bikini wax!.!.!. Shaving can be painful the first time- not because of saggy skin, but because the hair is coarse!. Once you have been waxed,the hair grows back much thinner and softer so it becomes easier to shave!. Also a professional waxer can make it look better- they can do just the sides and make it into a neat clean triange, or you can get a brazilian which means they wax the entire thing!. I have had a brazilian!. It was definitely not fun- but not as bad as I thought it would be and definitely worth it!. And it only took like 15 minutes!. Just be sure to go to a day spa and not a normal salon; they do a better job!. And take a friend for moral support!. Also trim the hair so it is shorter (not too short) before!. All depends on you, or if you have a bf who like that!. It's not just a look, it feels smoother and cleaner!. I would rather wax it (professionally) because you might get shave bumps (ingrown hairs) and red irritation bumps (not pretty)!. Up to you, though!. But it doesn't hurt while you're shaving!.
