Extremelly painful period cramps?!
Question: Extremelly painful period cramps!?
iv gotten them every month since i first started my period 5 years ago!.
i usually have to sit out of all physical activity, and cant even walk cause it hurts too much!.

It's normal!. It may stop soon, it may never go away!. Ask your mother / your sister / your aunt!.
I used to have very painful periods, I just thought "that's life" Dr's seemed totally unsympathetic, that was until they realised that the pain was killing me!. My pulse would drop to around 20 - 30/ min, my bp was around 30/50 and I was the colour of an unhealthy olive!.
If it hurts yell until someone listens!. We really shouldn't have to suffer like this!. Get something done!. There are painkillers that actually work!.
Reading some of the other posts - yes, if you know when your periods are due, start the pain killers before the pain starts!. Mine where to erratic!. For some, exercise helps, for others it's a complete no no!. (me and you by the sounds of it)!. Hot water bottles and hot baths!. My father used to rub my tummy all night long, that helped!. He must have been an angel!.

it's normal, i get the same kind of cramps!. take Ibuprofen right when you start feeling cramps coming on and it should take care of the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suffer from the same and have been to the DR numerous times for all sorts of pain killers!.
it may be worth visiting them as they could give you a soloution or some pain killers to help!.

Motrin and a heating pad helps with cramps, but it's best to find something that takes away the pain without medication--like exercise works for some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing that makes my cramps go away is Vicodin or getting pregnant!. I have 2 kids which for me is enough, so I take major pain killers!. My doctor told me I have pain because I have ovarian cysts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is normal for some women to experience discomfort when on their period!. are your pains associated with heavy periods!? if they are go to your gp and ask them if they could give you some tablets that thin the blood!.!.!.if, however, the pains are not associated with heavy or prolonged periods try taking some ibuprofen or paracetamol to ease the pain!.!.!.a how ater bottle on the abdomen may also help!.!.!.in any cas book a apointment to see your GP when you're free and he or she may be able to prescribe some medicine for you to help the pain!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
You might have something called dysmenorrhea!. Alot of women have it!. It's not a disease or anything, just a condition!. Drink some chamomille tea around the time you think you're getting ready to start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
