It might be quite awkward to talk to your Mom about this, it depends how open the two of you are with each other!. It's not a pleasant thing knowing that a parents is having sex when you're in the house, but that's the way it is!. Maybe put the TV up to drown her out, if she hears it, she might even realize that you are still awake, and make an effort to keep quiet!.
