Question: My belly is huge & flabby but the rest of me is thin & skinny!?
what can I do!? my stomach is HUGE, it pokes out and it still has a lot of flab from my pregnancy over 2 yrs ago, while the rest of me if back to normal!. how can I make my stomach go back to normal!? should I do a colon cleanse, water retention cleanse, crunches(although I don't know if crunches would help since my stomach muscles are hidden behind all of this fat) what can I do!? are there any good websites about this or anything you know of that works!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do an aerobic workout!.!.!.you can do all the crunches you want, but unless the fat is gone above them, you won't have a flat tummy!. I'd suggest you start walking brisky, jogging, swimming, or running!. OR even do something like kickboxing or jumping rope, anything to get your heart rate elevated to burn the fat off!. Try helping your digestive system!. Walk every day, eat yogurt and Kefir and large or whole grained food / fiber, drink a lot of water or tea, eat a very light supper every so often!. (Just eat salad, etc!.) You can be backed up or lacking good digestive bacteria!.

This is gross, but have you ever wormed yourself!? A big belly is a sign of worms!. There are a lot of cleansing programs out there for worms!. I have done it and had results!. Lets leave the rest of the story alone! :-p We worm our pets, but never ourselves!

i was exactly the same as you till i had a tummy tuck,they also tightened all my stomach muscles because they had become very very weak!(could only be tightened properly by surgery)my apron has gone but im still left with a noticeable buldge which i now have to hit the gym and strenthen my muscles !. if yours is anything like mine was then no amount of exercising will get rid of the apron (thats what my surgeon told me anyway)so i suggest that you go to your gp ask him to check your stomach muscles and take it from there ,(i was lucky enough to get my tummy tuck on the nhs) maybe u could too! good luck!!!!!!!!!!!! ps dont get downhearted at being rejected keep going i did it did take over a year before they referred me to a plastic surgeon xlisaxWww@Answer-Health@Com
