Question: Was this called depression or stress!?
last year something very small happened to me!. i thought i got my period when it wasn't it was just a blood stain from before!. but for some reason i made such a big deal out of it this stared in the middle of November till the beginning of January!. i didn't tell ANYONE i just cried that " my stomach hurt" like almost everyday!. when my mom took me to the doctor to get some medicine for my stomach pains, the doctor checked my weight and i lost 1 pound because i was sooo scared and couldn't eat anything i was worried i am never going to get over it but i did i got myself busy by folding clothes, doing chores etc now i am curious depression or stress!? thanks,
