If it looks like cottage cheese and smells like bread that sounds like a yeast infection almost certainly!.
Don't be too scared, they're not that uncommon!. They sell over the counter drugs for this infection but I would still strongly advise you to see a doctor because it sounds like its past the point of mild and becoming severe!. (Plus you can get the right prescription which will work better and faster and probably not have any side effects)
Some other signs of a yeast infection are pain when urinating, burning, redness, and/or swelling of the vagina!.
You can get a yeast infection by not sleeping enough, being stressed or sick, eating too much sugar, taking birth control pills or steroids, and sometimes just by having your period!. Sometimes (But very rarely) from sex also!.
I hope everything gets cleared up soon for you!. When your all better you can avoid this problem again by changing your tampons often, wearing Cotton (not too tight) underwear, and avoiding douches and scented feminine hygiene products!. Basically stay clean and dry 'down there' and you should have no problem in the future!.
