Well if you're bleeding heavily like a period, then another test would not come back positive!. It could have been an early miscarriage or the 'pregnancy' symptoms could just be PMS and this is just your period, although a heavier one!. Generally you don't feel TRUE pregnancy symptoms until you're a good 6-8 weeks from your last period which you're not quite at yet, so you were probably feeling PMS instead!. Sore breasts, moodiness, abdominal pains and even a little nausea is very common with PMS!. The pains that you're feeling are cramping!. Take any over the counter pain reliever as directed to help with that!. Motrin works the best, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would go and see your doctor but if you do another test and it comes back positive then it means you are definitly pregnant, you can have negative tests but if one comes up positive then it's true that you are pregnant!.
Sometimes soon after becoming pregnant you can still bleed around the time you were meant to have your period!. it happened to me and i was very scared but it was nothing to worry about!. I would def advise you to check it out with a doctor tho!.

hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

The symptoms of PMS are exactly the same as the symptoms of early pregnancy!. Same hormones, same symptoms!. It's possible you had a very early miscarriage, or that your period was just late!. Without a positive test, you wouldn't know either way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
