Question: Help with Menstrual stuff!.!.!.!.should I see a doc!?!?
I am 24 and about six months ago was diagnosed with PCOS!. I am on medicine for it now and I seem to have had pretty regualr periods the past 2 months!. Well my period started Friday and first thing Saturday morning it went hay wire!. I started pouring blood so bad it used the pad went out and drenched my clothes!. It was like a woman who is pregnant water breaking!. I had to leave work and I have cramped really bad!. My period was very heavy and I went through more pads then usual!. Well Sunday at 4 am I woke up with bad cramps and got up to go to the bathroom, when I reached the bathroom the blood was pouring in the floor!. It scared me and my husband to death!. Has anyone had this happen before!. We just started to the YMCA last week and my mother in law suggests it was the exercise!. But I have excerised before and not had this before!. Should I bother a doc or is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't sound like this has anything to do with your PCOS!. This is not normal, and no amount of excercise will make you bleed that much!. You could have fibroid tumors(which are noncancerous) or endometriosis, when the fibroids start growing outside of the uterus!. Hun, you've GOT to see the Dr!. ASAP!. In the meantime, take an Iron supplement to prevent anemia, and avoid alcohol, as it is a natural blood thinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should absolutely see the doctor!. You could be suffering from fibroids or something else that could be causing this!. Expelling that amount of blood is abnormal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

heavy bleeding like that is never normal!. If it was as bad as you're saying where its pouring out of you, you should definitely see a doctor!. I don't want to scare you, but it just seems like a lot of bleeding!. The exercise could possibly have something to do with it, but you should go to the doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

something like that happened to my friend and she ended up getting surgery!. GO SEE A DOCTOR!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should defenatly see a doctor, My girlfriend had the same thing before, and trust me,your Husband and you would feel so much better knowing that you are ok! It can be something very small or it can be something really big, the important thing is that you will know!! it might be a bad case of PMS too!. Maybe if you have such serious periods!. you should be on birth control pill that way you don't have to deal with heavy periods like that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, see a doctor, losing that amount of blood is really not good for you!. It could be something really serious that has caused this, and you may be in trouble from losing so much blood!. This should be a no-brainer, go to the doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com
