yes, the above poster is right!. Exercising will only make your thighs smaller!.
BTW, I know its your body but I don't know why you want them!. Some men say that they like them, but the majority of men (including me) like girls with small thighs, and their butts sticking out!. You may want thighs now, but i am guessing you wouldn't want them in few years or when you hear different opinions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

But, seriously, there is a machine - my daughter has one -
called, "thighmaster" by Suzanne Somers!. It makes the tops of the legs more muscular and toned!. So, to that end, I guess you could say it makes the thighs, "bigger!." You are most unusual and have to be pretty thin to want to make your legs bigger!. Most girls would love to have that problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a lot of squats!. Hold your arms out in front of you, bend your knees, go down as far as you feel comfortable with, squeeze your cheeks as you come back up!. Do as many as you can every day!. For real, this works to tone & shape your butt & thighs, but I can't say how long it will take, every one is different, but it will make a difference!. Unless you already have fat on your legs, exercise will only make them larger from muscle gain!. Cycling helps to build long lean muscles in your legs but squats and lunges are the best for building bulky muscles!. Both of these exercises can be performed without gym equipment!. 3 reps of 20 each day would be ideal, and when you're comfortable you can gradually increase!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

unless your a serious body builder exercise isn't going to make them bigger-only tone them-doing nothing and gaining weight is sure way to make them biggerWww@Answer-Health@Com
