How to reduce by fatty belly?!


Question: How to reduce by fatty belly!?
im 27yrs old!. now im house wife and im very much conserned about my diet!. daily morning doing exercise + walk for 1hr, 1 slice bread + 1 cup of ovaltine!. afternoon - 1 plate rice!. night - the same as afternoon!. but still im having fatty belly!. pls give me suggestion to reduce it!. i love to wear pant and shirt, but due to this problem im avoiding that!. pls help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to wrok it off!. exercise!. not walking!. but push ups and situps and a real workout!.
and eat some real food!. you are starving yourself with ovaltine and carbs!. this will shut down your metabolism and make your body horde every last calorie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you can do dancing while you are at home try it every afternoon for 1 to 2 hours !. i am sure you gona like it and you are also having fan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What type of exercises are you doing!? Crunches help a lot with the tummy, but you have to build up the amount you do of them!. When doing crunches, it's going to pull and burn (the burn is what you want to feel, because that shows it's working) Keep doing the crunches until you can't stand the burn any longer, take a break, then start again!. Do them 2 or 3 times a day, if possible!. Start out with 15 to 25 at a time (or how ever many you can stand) and gradually build that number up!. (keep going and do as many as you can)

It does take time for ANY exercise to work!. Just keep at it, and the results will show in time!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
