Why do I feel like I go on a food binge near and during my period?!
Question: Why do I feel like I go on a food binge near and during my period!?
Everytime near my period I get cravings to eat alll day!. Even when I am not necessarily hungry I want to eat, but a lot of the time I do feel hungry, but full at the same time!. It's a weird feeling that I can't explain! I'm already bloated but I feel like I want to eat all the time!. Is this normal, and how can I supress those feelings of hunger!? Anyone have a cure for a really bloated feeling stomach!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get the same way too, its annoying!!!! exercise and drink a fruit shake, or eat friut, or do some kind of activity that will keep your mind off food!.!.!.!. browse at a mall, walk, clean unnecessary areas in your houseWww@Answer-Health@Com
I do the same thing!. And my mood just before I start my period is nasty!. I hate everyone and everything!. Then as soon as I start I'm back to happy old me again!. Its weird!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Us women can feel and act in funny ways when we are going to get our periods lol!. Being hungry for no reason is one of them!. So is being bloated!.
You can take pills specifically made to help reduce discomfort due to periods to help take away the bloated feeling, like mydol!. It also of course helps with other symptoms too!.
Whenever I feel 'always hungry', and don't want to end up eating too much, I eat pickles!. They are 0 calories, and after you eat enough of them, it takes the hunger away lol!.

It's totally normal to want to binge
try and distract yourself from food, if the craving doesn't go in half an hour then maybe have something to eat

I get this really badly!
Just make sure you don't eat too much junk to make up for it!. Maybe increase your dinner size, or have a sandwich!.
The bloating is common too!. Try taking probiotic drinks or yoghurts to help your digestive flow!Www@Answer-Health@Com
