Question: The worst cramps in the world!!!!!?
omg! WE don't have any tylonal and I have such bad cramps and my parents arn't home so I can't get any tylonal at the store!. I don't even have my period!.!.I havent had it in 6 months!. (no I am not pregnent, I am only 14) But I always get random terrible cramps I am useing a heating pad but that only works for a little while!.!.is there any other way I can get rid of them without meds!? (I already took a hot shoer and excercized)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i somtimes take a hot shower in the dim or darm light it makes it more relaxing a suthing and if u lay down and let the water hit and run down ur body it could also help the pain and ya i had that happen before alot and i'm 13 and when i first got my period it lasted a week and it felt horrible like i had terrible growing pain feeling in my thighs areas everthing and after that i didn't have it for about 3-4 andthen i had it again my doc told me it was totaly normal and the craps i us midol are sit there and rub it but i love the shower thing and my lights dim in there but if u don't have that light some candels and hop in the shower in the dark and just letthe water sooth u it always works for me its so calming well i hope i helped good luck and i'm sorry i guess its jsut life and we all go threw it lol lucky boys no birth NOTHIN lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

talk to a boyfriend or someone that makes you happy bc it makes you stop thinking of the pain long enough for the pain to go away
