my friend asked me if when i have a period does it smell funny, i cant say ive ever noticed anything, should i tell her to see a doctor!?!.!.!.any advice pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Foul odor during your period are normal,l but can also be controlled not only with hygiene and possibly scented sanitary products!. But also with what you eat!. Avoid drinking MILK!.!. and eating things with milk the first few days!.!. Also Avocados!. and certain veggies can also alter the smell!. If she's worried about anything in that area then yes she should see her doctor!. If she wears a pad, sometimes if the pad is on too long then there would be a smell!. If she wears a tampon and leaves it too long again it would smell!. But if she has had a bleed and she notices that that smells then I would see a doctor!.
