My mother's doctor told her that the hot flashes were sort of a temper tantrum thrown by the brain, when it calls for estrogen and doesn't get any!. :D
But I don't think they know exactly what causes them!. It's for sure they don't know how to fix them!.
I started getting them in my 30s too!. And they only got worse with time, not better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
