Question: Spanx!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I know this isnt really a womens health question but anyway!.Any woman who has used spanx, did you like them!?Did they work for you!?What kind should i get !?I'm debaiting between the power panties and the high power!.If anyone has any opinions i appreciate it!.Thanks for the answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Defo the best thing ever! it takes inches of your waist an thighs and i felt so confident in them because you cant feel any flab!. I would recommend them totally!. I have the power panties really would recommend them perfect for dresses and nice clothes!. 100% more confident!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, I know I'm a man, but my female has them!. I think she has the power panties!. She really likes them, tells all her girlfriends about them!. She wore them under a shirt once and them wore the same shirt without Spanx on!. I could definitely notice the difference!. Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
I bought a pair of spanx about a month ago and I really like them!. The only bad part about them was that to me, they were REALLY hard to get on!. After I actually got them on though, I definitly noticed a difference when i looked in the mirror!. I bought the high power ones but read the back of the packages and see which one you think will work for you and your certain needs!.
