Question: A bunch of woman questions please please help!?
ok im 20 and i don't feel right!. i don't do what im supposed to do though!. what is good and what is bad!?

1!.) does drinking liquids too fast cause stomach pains or anything like that!?

2)!. How often should I eat fruits!?

3!.) How often should I eat yogurt and how good is it really for us!?

4!.) I seem to eat even when i'm not hungry and i eat little portions throughout the day!. I can't remember what hungry feels like!. well i can but should i eat whenever or wait until i'm hungry!?

5!.) I drink ginger ale a lot!. I drink it like we are supposed to drink water!. well not 8 glasses but i drink it a lot!. is that good!?

6!.) What are good drinks to drink to keep healthy!?

7!.) how much milk is too much!?!?!?

8!.) why when we are on our period our whole body seems a mess!!?

9) What are good foods I should eat on a regular basis!?!?

Damn! those are ALOT OF questions babe, your best bet is to make a app!. with your doctor and write them all down and ask him about it!. And if you know of any nutritionists they are a great help! Especially, for the questions your concerning about!.

2)!. How often should I eat fruits!? you should have at least 2 fruits per day to get your recommended daily intake of the proper vitamins to keep your body healthy

3!.) How often should I eat yogurt and how good is it really for us!? yogurt is high in protein (important for your immune system) and vitamins!. One per day is very healthy for you

4!.) I seem to eat even when i'm not hungry and i eat little portions throughout the day!. I can't remember what hungry feels like!. well i can but should i eat whenever or wait until i'm hungry!? it is healthier to eat 5 smaller portions per day than 3 large ones as the smaller portions throughout the day keep your metabolism steady and always active helping you to keep a positive weight!.

as long as you get the proper vitamins and daily intake of healthy foods, ginger ale will not be harmful as it is significantly lower in caffeine and sodium than many other colas!. as long as your sugar levels are normal you will be fine!.

6!.) What are good drinks to drink to keep healthy!? any drinks that are high in vitamins and low in sugars!. Like apple juice is good, BUT is very high in sugar content!. make sure to buy unsweetened juices!.

7!.) how much milk is too much!?!?!? anything in excess is not healthy!. you should stick between 2-4 glasses a day!. milk is high in protein therefor important not only for teeth and bones, but for your immune system!., but beware that your body changes every few years and at some point you may become lactose intolerant without warning

9) What are good foods I should eat on a regular basis!?!?
as stated above be sure to eat at least 50 grams of protein daily (about 8g's in a glass of milk), 2 veggies and 2 fruits a day along with an basic intake of red meats and grains

10) How much is too much bread!? i eat a lot!.!.!. bread is very filling as it expands in your stomach causing you to be full faster which can lead to you not eating the proper amount of healthy food!. bread is also high calorie, high starch, high carb and typically high sodium!.!. overall, it's not too healthy to have more than 2 slices per day, or a cpl rolls at dinner time!.

11!.) SLEEP!.!.!.how many hours!.!.!.and how much is too much!!? typicall adults should get about 6 hours per night to keep their body in good working order without affecting your mind, muscle mass, and immune systems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) if the water you drink is too cold ye it can give a shock to your system and cause pain
2) Eat fruit always 20 minutes before meals and if you already ate wait 2-3 hrs!.
3) Eat sugar free yogurt with your meals or as a snack with "stevia" (look in your health food store, it is a sweetner from a natural source, no calories and no side effects) and berries of any kind!. 2 hrs after a meal!.
4) Next time you feel hungry drink a herbal tea or lemonade with stevia!. You might be just thirsty!.
4) Eat a healthy sugar free breakfast, have a snack mid morning like a berrie-yogurt or a fruit!. Eat a healthy lunch, have a healthy snack in between and eat a healthy supper, have healthy snack after!.

5) No, it is a very bad thing you are doing!. The gasis bad for your bones and the sugar is bad for your bones and teeth!. You are making your system too sugar dependent!.Stop it!
6) Water! Milk -if your system likes it- herbal teas, lemonade with stevia and real lemons!.!.!.
7) Depends on your age,size, height etc!.!.!.4 glasse a day is a good source of calcium and all the good things in milk!.
8) The period is a natural process inthe body!. You shall not feel like a mess!.!.!.But your diet might be messing you!.!.!.
9) Vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, soya, nuts, -nuts in butter form are best since in general we do not chew them properly- lean meats!.
10) Eat whole wheat or any other flour (kamut, spelt) and limit your intake to 3-4 slices, toast is better, per day!.
11) 6-9 hrs a day!. I consider 10 too many hours already!.
