Answers:
okay, I'm gonna try and not be graphic!.

Yeah start by opening your legs and you sould probably check things out down there, get acquanted with all!. Where the blood is coming from is pretty obvious!. But if that grosses you out your gonna have to use your finger!. Start at the back and work you way up!. If you know here your clit is it's behind that!. If you move slowly enough you want damage youself and you'll find the vagina pretty easily!. If you don't want to use your finger test it with a tampon!. The only other hole it can go in is your anus, and I think you'd notice the diffrence!.

It'll be uncomfortable at first!. Use plastic not cardboard and dont under any circimstances rip the tampon out right after you put it in!. That will hurt like hell!. Because it's your first time you might have to try and adjust it a little!. (Make sure to put the tampon in al the way ir its hell trying to shove it up there) Here again afinger is the best way to go (sorry) just move it around alittle!. I swear it won't get lost! Like i sai dthis will be unconfortable the first several times but after a while you get good at it and you can use them wihout any discomfort!.

You don't have to remove it when you go to the bathroom but most often you'll probably need to!. If you haven't developed aht 6th sense about over flow wear a thin pad or panty liner until you do!.

I hope this helps and goodluck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

On the box there should be directions, follow those directions they give you and when you hit a certain point where the tampon won't go any further, angle the tampon to a certain direction to the side and it should slide in!. Good luck & remember to relax!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't give up the first time try again!. It took me more then a few times to figure it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have a female figure in your life that can help!? There are three openings down there, one is for urine, one is for your vagina (where the tampon goes) and one is for feces (where your bowel exretes poop to be blunt)!. There are directions on the packages that come with the tampons but I urge you NOT to keep them in at night!. It's important to wear them during the day only (you can get a disease from wearing them too long at night)!. See if you know a trusted friend that you can ask or follow the directions on the box!. It is the middle "hole" down there, and you will find it if you keep experimenting!. It takes practice! God Bless! Momma KatWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you can read than just follow the instructions on the box!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Where all the blood is coming out may be your best bet!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I remember when I started using them years ago!.
My girlfriends had to tell me where it goes!.
Do you have a girlfriend that your close to !? This is something that should be discussed with your mother but I remember it was embarrassing for me to!. But you do not want a pervert getting on here telling you something!. Be careful who your listening to about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are quite difficult to use for the first time!. Keep trying you will get there!. There are some from Tampax that are a little smaller designed for 1st time users, the size of them (mini I think) are on the front of the box!. The instructions are pretty clear!. But try to relax, as its harder if your tense!. Sounds a bit gross but I find it easier to bend down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
