Looks and Sounds like Bartholin gland cyst?!

looks and sounds like Bartholin gland cyst !.!.!. but it's not in the same area!. Instead I have an under the skin sore, that looks like a ball underneat my skin on my upper labia, not on the outer exposed lips, but inner near the clitoris!. it's swollen and is painful to sit like a lady, stand or walk!. The sore isn't very large, but quite painful!. I'm concerned that I can't find anything remotely like it on google aside from the Bartholin gland cyst, which concludes that it appears like a cyst and could possibly be a swollen gland!. I'm just concerned - i've had the same sore before and I didn't go to the doctor because I was on my period, waited till my period ended and by then it was gone of course!. So!.!.!.here it is again and i'm on my period!. I know I won't feel alright until i see the doctor, is it approprieate to go while i'm on my period and will they be able to look at it and set me at ease or fill me in on what's going on with my body!!? :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
