It doesn't mean anything, not at least in common usage!. It's just a silly name your class mates have thought up!. It could cast sexual aspersions if custard was another common name for seminal fluid (which at a long stretch could look kind of like custard) !.!. but it isn't a common name for either of those!.!.!. so really it isn't a very clever name at all!.

custard girl actually means, when you excessive discharge or if you are extremely wet during/after sex!.!. Its bodily secretions and not a very nice name to be called!.!. Obviously (if you have had sex) the person whom you had relations with has told some people at school!.!.!.
