The weekend of April 12/13 my family and I went out to dinner celebrating my dad's USAF retirement!. I did have a few (only 3) small alcoholic beverages since it wasn't my turn to be the DD!. After a while I had the urge to pee so I went to the bathroom!. When I wiped I noticed some super bright pink spotting on the tissue!. After I saw that I got a little freaked!. I didn't think anything of it but I did switch to drinking water!. It continued VERY lightly for the rest of the night (only when I wiped), and by the next day and still currently, I've been fine!. No spotting or any blood what-so-ever!.
A few days ago my husband pointed out to me that I haven't had a period in a while which instantly made me thing of the spotting from the weekend prior!. As of today, I am 2 months late and this morning I took a pregnancy test but it turned up to be negative!.!.!.!.!.
I know this sounds retarded but - could the spotting be from drinking!.!.!.!.!.or!.!.!.!.!.whatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well the alcohol wouldn't be the cause of the spotting!.!.!.hm!.!.!.but 2 months is pretty late! Sometimes pregnancy tests can give false negatives!.!.!.!.try taking another one!.
Definitely bring this up to your gyno when you go!. If you're able to see your general doctor before then, he/she can probably do urine/bloodwork to test for pregnancy as well!.
Changes in diet, medication, and high stress can also cause you to miss your period, so consider those factors as well when talking to your docs!.

It's possible, especially if you seldom drink!. You might have an allergy to something in the drinks!.
However, it may be coincidence, just normal reason-less spotting, or any number of things!.
