Question: What to do please help!?!? preiod pain!?
Whenever i get my periods my tummy kills me i start screaming and I'm only 15 years old my mum thinks this is bad for a 14 year old hurting bad and when she saw me crying, screaming and i was sweating she said it looks like its really hurting just like giving birth!.
What does she mean by that!? and how to stop it from hurting!?

Prevention is far better than treatment, in the case of menstrual cramps contrary to popular belief it is not something women have to suffer, most women can easily prevent menstrual cramps with some knowledge and slight lifestyle changes!.
If your cramps are this bad however I would advise seeing another doctor, bare in mind most GP's are clueless about female sexual health, they have to know about a lot of different health problems and don't have much time on their hands so learning everything about female sexual anatomy and keeping up with research and alternatives cures is not an option!.
Thus why it is vitally important to learn about such things yourself, if there is a medical problem then your doctor can assist with this
