When checking UTI we ask for a urine sample, then we ask you to describe the pain !. We ask questions like : Where is the pain!? , Is it sharp or throbing!? then we do a dylaisis to see what is casueing the pain!. We usually do a physical examination on your stomcah and we usually ask for a pap smear (only rarely, if we don't think you are telling the truth) !. Its best to just tell your doctor the truth so they can really get you help and get it fast!.

A check up FOR UTI!? Or generally!? Or!?
Usually for a UTI they simply ask you to describe the pain and have you give a pee sample!.
I suppose it would be possible for the lab to detect pregnancy from that - but they aren't going to detect sex, or even examine your vagina unless something is HIGHLY unusual!.
They'll ask about it - because it is possible for it to be related to sex, and they'll advise you about that!.!.!. but you can get UTI's without sex quite easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This can be thick or thin, and actually for many girls this is broken through normal activity like bike riding or horseback riding!. Its entirely normal!. Try not to worry about it!! not unless they do a physical exam on you!. but in this case they don't for utis!. the doctors ask you questions and youd have to pee in a cup!. thats bout it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
