it is better not to wear a bra at night because it makes it easier on your body to breath and stuff!. If it dose not have underwire it is probaly ok though!. I padded tank top would probally be ok too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think its ok to wear a support sports bra to bed once in awhile but not all the time, i think around the time of your period would be best to do it because your boobs are more tender at that time and the support would be good!. Just make sure you never wear an underwire bra to bed as those can do some damage if you wear them for an extended period of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
