This is one of those things that can be very difficult to diagnose in women because there are so many organs in the female pelvis!. I have had very severe chronic pain for the past 4 years!. It was extremely frustrating to diagnose and has been a long road!. I definitely sympathize with your pains!. Mine have changed my life!. I am going to throw out a few ideas that I can think of that sound like the pain you are having!. How do they know you don't have endometriosis!? That is one of the many problems I have, and it can only be diagnosed through surgery!. It is a pretty mysterious condition, but can cause horrible amounts of pain!. If you have a history of heavy periods and severe cramps, that let up when you were pregnant, I would keep looking into endometriosis!. The pain you are describing is also in the area of your kidney's, so a kidney stone or kidney infection is a possibility!. Have you ever had surgery in your abdomen/pelvis!? It might be from scar tissue which can be pretty painful at times!. The other very classic thing you want to rule out is appendicitis, but since you have had some pain for months I doubt this is it!. It might be cysts in your ovaries, or even some strained muscles in your pelvic floor!. It sounds alot like my endometriosis though, or something with the kidney's!. Be persistent with your doctor and do some research of your symptoms online and see if anything rings a bell!. I have learned that you have to be your own advocate!. It is very easy to fall be the wayside!. Hang in there!. Hopefully it is something simple!. My best wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
