Your just fine the way your are if your concerned about a few pudgy areas try running or doing any out door activity a few times a week!. You are directly in the middle of the chart!. Alittle on the higher side!. But you are deffinitly not over wieght at all!. And im sure if you keep working out you will loose the back fat, and dont worry about the love handles eat right and thell go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
