My girlfriend and I have been trying to have sex for about the last six months!. We don't try all that often, as we're both at different universities and most of the time we get together is back at home, during the summer!. I have had sex before no problem with three previous girlfriends, so I am not the problem!. Whenever we attempt to have sex, usually in the missionary position, she complains about pain, and I have not yet been able to enter her, as her muscles tighten around the opening, making entry difficult!. In terms of stimulating her with my fingers, she will very much enjoy it depending on the day, otherwise entry even with one finger will hurt!. She says she feels I am aiming right, and the tightness is preventing entry!. I strongly suspect this is a case of vaginismus!. I was wondering if anyone out there had any techniques or programs to help conquer this problem!. Please, no one tell me to "make sure she's lubricated" or "make sure she's relaxed!." I get like that sometimes and I love sex!. being fingered scares me tho for some reason altho i am getting better!. at risk of being crude!.!.have you tried taking her from behind!. missionary sex can be a little boring and uck!. If she is complaining about pain she is tense and nervous!. It just depends!. I would not rush straight to a vaginismus diagnosis esp if she is relatively new to sex!. the first time can hurt like a bitc+ and even after that can hurt for a while!.
