Ok so i have been getting really sharp pains in my side down like really low, close to my back!. What do you think this is!? Could it be that im getting ready to start my period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be, but your appendix is also near there!. You can try to check for rebound pain by pushing on your belly while lying down!. If it hurts when you RELEASE it- you should see the doctor immediately!. Appendicitis may accompanied by fever and nausea, but not always, and even if you have no rebound pain, it doesn't rule it out, as only a doctor can do that!.
In reality, it is not safe for us to assume it is your period when there are so many other things that could be going on!.
