Okay, so for a few years ever since I was like 10 I've been having this brownish discharge!.!.!. It doesn't itch or hurt or anything, it's just really gross and no matter how clean I keep it I'll be sure to see it when I use the bathroom!.
I don't remove my pubic hair!.!. is this why!?
I'm also REALLY skinny!. Could I have a worm or something that's "taking a dump" through my vagina!?

Have you talked to your gyno about it!? That is my suggestion!. I think you need to have a doctor assess it, you could have an infection or something!.

I think, that if it is brown, it would be you having your period!. If you are having it everyday, get it checked out by your doctor!. Usually discharge is a yellowy colour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not the pubic hair!. It's blood from inside!. It will stop or controlled when you visit your gyn!. Could be also an infection!. Have it checked pls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Are you kidding about a worm!?!? No, there is no way for that to happen!. From your description, you may have a bacterial infection or a urinary tract infection, both are treatable by your gynecologist or primary care doctor!.
