Heat a Bed-Buddy in the microwave for a couple of minutes and place in on your abdomen!. Place a heat wrap pad (buy at rite aid,etc!.) on your lower back!. Take some potassium, avoid salt, and get your gyno to prescribe Torodol (sp!?) or Ultram if you have graduated beyond Midol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I was a teenager, I had bad cramps!. I would be rolling on the floor!. The only thing that would help me was Midol and a heating pad!. A heating pad really helps!. ( I wish men could have periods and cramps!.)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
