Honestly go to a tanning bed!. The suns UV's without sunscreen are far worse than a tanning bed!. This way you'll get a good base tan!. Just speak to the people at the desk and they will be more than happy to help you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To get a tan without burning, you must go out in the sun for very short periods very frequently!. That is without a sun screen on!. With a sun screen, you can spend more time in the sun!.

But it is not a good idea to get tan!. It damages the skin and constantly getting tan will cause you to look older sooner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmmm!.!.you could wear a tanning lotion with a sunscreen in it or you could just get a spray tan,ive had it and it works fine!.!.the only thing is it wears off in about a week but at least you dont have to lay out for centuries unless you want too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i burn too, you'll just have to deal with it, unless you want your skin to rott off from cancer!. i wear long sleeve shirts and still manage to burn and thts also after spf 65Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can go to a Tanning Booth or Spray on Tan but it will cost you!. Go to Search and check both of these out they might come up with something else for you!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Tanning gives you cancer!. Just wear sunscreen in the sun and get a fake tan if you feel you need to be brown!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wearing SPF will stop the burn, vaseline will cool it down!.

Even with sunscreen you still get a tan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
