I am having bad migraines?!
Question: I am having bad migraines!?
My dr!. thinks that it might be my iud(merina birth control)

I had to stop bc because it made my migraines worse!. I usually get 3 migraines a month around the time of my period!. Your dr!. is probably right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be hormonal, but it is also a strong possibility that something else is causing the migraines!. How thoroughly did your doctor look into this!? Did he/she suggest removing the iud and trying a different contraceptive to see if that helps!?
I'd try and get this looked into further!.!.!.especially if you've never had migraines in the past, or never ones that were this painful!. And especially if they're interfering with your life!.
Also, keep track of them in a little journal, and your symptoms, especially if you're having nausea/vomiting or dizziness as well!. Keep a record of what you've eaten, drank, any medicines you've taken, any exercise you did, etc!. and rate the pain of the migraine and how long it lasted!. This will be helpful in diagnosing the problem!.

I recently went to the doctor for bad migrains!. My Doctor said its probably from stress!. But I'm really not under any stress!. That night my migrains got worse so i went to the hospital!. They also came to the conclusion that its was stress, I'm only 15 years old!. I have no stress!. So it might be your IUD or it might be stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
