someone please help me i want to get this down for this summer when i go swimming

If you're a virgin or never had sex before, the hymen is unbroken!. That is probably why the tampon won't go in, if it is very long!. Also if it won't fit, try buying a smaller one!. This should work!.
Just try different positions and maybe you'll get it in eventually!.
When you're not in the water, I suggest Pads!. They are easier to use when you aren't doing any activities that might require tampons, such as Swimming!. :) Hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Putting in a tampon can be a daunting experience at first!. Make sure you use a slim tampon with plastic applicator!. The most common reason for discomfort is that you are not putting it in far enough!. If the tampon is too "shallow" then you will feel it with every movement! So try inserting the applicator in until your finger touch your skin then depress the plunger!.
And if you still feel it is not in far enough, try inserting you finger (I know!.!.!.a bit embarrassing) and push it in as best you can!. The most painful thing about tampons is pulling one out that is DRY! It hurts like hell!. Try to get it in there so you are comfortable enough to leave it for an hour!. Don't feel bad because it really does take patience and experience to get it right!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are first trying tampons, buy the thinnest tampon you can find, like teen!. There will be directions in the box that will show you how to insert it correctly!. It helps if you sit with one leg higher than the other and insert the tampon at an angle!. get the extra slims, and only do it when you're on your period so you're extra lubed up, and if you tug on it gently, and it doesn't come out, its not time, wait until a gentle tug will pull it outWww@Answer-Health@Com

What size tampon are you trying!? There are really small ones, ones made for teens!. Don't start with your mother's super plus!.
