Yes, a lot of the time hunger signals are triggered by dehydration!. When I am hungry I try to drink a glass of water and then wait 20 minutes to see if i am still hungry!.

A major problem might be the types of foods you are eating!. You want to eat nutrient dense foods!. Processed foods have low nutrient densities so you want to avoid those because they only supply empty calories without the nutrients your body needs, so you will still feel hungry!. You want to focus on eating carbs if you cant fill up and avoid fat that wont make you feel full!. Also vegetables can help make you feel full and fruits make a good sweet snack!. Just try to eat whole foods and keep your diet balanced among the nutrient groups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should try to eat about every 2-3 hours so that your body never gets to hungry and you eat more then you need to but yeah its fine o feel hungry just as long as everytime you get hungry you dont "stuff your face"

Once a day before you eat your dinner, try this!. Eat a slice
of 100% whole grain bread and add a little olive oil to it and what ever else you want on it!. It may sound weird but it will make you feel full and it is also very good for you!. I heard about it on the opera show!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to honor your body, and eat when you need to, rather than fight it!. However, sometimes your body will tell you it's hungry when you're really thirsty, so drinking water isn't a bad idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
