You wont feel it, just go around your everyday business!. You may experience bloating or mild cramps, maybe backache but it's nothing major!.
Change it often so it doesn't leak or smell!.
Always or Kotex are good brands!. Try the ones with wings for extra protection, they will stay in place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well for me, i can sometimes tell when its happening because i usually get a really bad cramp before, during the first couple days
you should change your pad about every 2-3 hours, just to make sure your "clean" even if it isnt stained, i reccomend changing it
i like always brand pads, i get the always clean line since they come with wipes so you have less to carry, they are great to carry in your purse
