Growth spurts? Anyone?!
Question: Growth spurts!? Anyone!?
I think I'm obsessed or something because I can't stop agonizing over my height!. I'm a 15 year old girl (turning 16) and I'm not short or anything, but I'm not tall either!. I'm around 5'7-5'8 and I really want to be taller! My mum had a growth spurt when she 17 and she grew 2 inches, but I'm not sure if that will happen to me because all those height predictors say that I've already reached my potential height!.
So I want to ask any doctors out there if it is possible to have another growth spurt between the ages of 16 and 18!. And also, have any girls had a growth spurt between those ages and what was your height before and after!?

Sorry to say, I reached 5'9 at age 12, and have not grown since!. If you have started your periods more than a year or so ago, then this is it!. However, you can appear taller by always carrying yourself well, never slouching, and wearing heels(1inch, no more) at all times!. This will make the most of your figure too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes it's possble, you cold grow another 2 inches and chances are if you mom did then so will you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
