Geta plastic basin and container with enough cold water to cover the stained area and add normal bleach like Domestos, leave to soak for a few hours and the stain will come out when you wash in the normal way!. If there is any stain removing products around the house like Oxy just follow the instruction!. Best use products that allows the clothes to soak as things like Vanish etc that you spray on before washing will not help now the stain has been there for some time!. If it is a normal period your mum will understand, however I am wondering if it due to having sex for the first time and as your mum perhaps knows your period date this is why you don't want her to know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off don't listen to that person that said to soak the clothes in hot water!!! that will pretty much set the stain in!.
soak the clothes in COLD water!. just fill up the sink and put the stained clothes in there, then let it soak overnight!. in the morning, rinse it out, again using cold water!. (you might want to rinse it out in the tub if it's jeans or pants and not just underwear!.)
then put your clothes in the washing machine and wash as usual, the stains should come out!.

i had problems with heavy periods and used to have to wash stains out of my underwear all the time, so trust me, this works!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some hydrogen peroxide and put some on the hem for a couple minutes (on the inside) and make sure it won't bleach out the dye!. If it goes okay, then put some of that on it!. It will foam up!. Let it!. After a couple minutes do it again!. After it's been a couple minutes then try some soap and rubbing!. Rinse!. Repeat until the stain fades, but keep checking to make sure you aren't bleaching out the rest of the fabric around the stain!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should always rinse with very cold water as soon as possible, and use some household stain remover if you have some!. You really shouldnt scrub it though, anything that creates heat from friction will make the stain set in further!. Try to find some baby powder, sometimes if you gently rub baby powder into the stain and then rinse in cold water it will grab the stain and pull it out!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be better if you did own up, your Mum wil lbe able to soak them with detergent before she washes them!. You can't help it, it's not your fault!. I usually ask my daughter to bring them to me as soon as she can, so I can soak them!. good luck, Try soaking them in washing powder diluted with warm water(try under the kitchen sink)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use very cold water (not hot), as blood is made up of protein!. Run the tap forcefully over the stain, until most of it comes out!. Then put in a bowl, again with cold water, and add a couple of tablespoons of table salt to soak!. It should work, hopefully!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say you should talk to your mom or a friends mom!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. It is nothing to be embarresed about every girl gets her period!. (is it your period!?) try water with some laundry detergent or if you have anything in your laundrey room like shout or oxy clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
