Question: Cramps since this morning!?
I have had really bad cramps since I got up this morning!.But,I am not on my period!.Can this be a sign of my period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means your period is right around the corner!. Take some Advil (or whatever medicine you have) and just be ready!. If your cramps begin to hurt even worse, eat a banana!. They say it's amazing for cramps, and I've tried it myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
