First find out what may be causing your stress!.
In addition to your chest pain, if you have breathlessness after performing small tasks, and feel weak and become tired easily, these can be a sign of more serious problems!. Your health comes first, so get a checkup with the doctor and have him run some tests!. If something is bothering you, tell him about it!. You may just need something to temporarily help you to deal with the stress and he may give you a prescription for it!.
Next, go to the library and select a book to read on how to de-stress and while there, pick up a few more that will keep your mind on positive things!. Get out in the early morning sunshine and drink some herbal tea!. then take a stroll!. So much of the food we eat can stress us out, such as refined sugars and processed food, so choose fresh vegetables and fruits instead and make these a regular part of your regimen by eating these as snacks!. U should go see a doctor immeatitly cause a young girl died from chess pain!. or go to the emergancy room!!! if u are sher that u are not gonna die from it then u mainly need to relax and on nice days get up from the tv and go play if u have school stress go see the counceler!! or a therapistWww@Answer-Health@Com
