I have a diaphram!. It is really not hard to use!. I can't take any hormones either (PCOS)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I use the Nuva ring, which is internal but it's hormonal!.
I would imagine that it can get a bit messy and you have to stop what you're doing to insert it!.
Not to mention, you have to carry it with you if you go some where and there's the chance you might have sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
