Question: Virgin!. Period is late!?
I've had my period for 8 years and it was supposed to arrive a couple days ago and hasn't come!. I have been eating healthier and have lost a few pounds -could that be the cause!? I know diet can affect things but my diet change isn't drastic!. I'm having all my usual PMS symptoms!. Getting anxious :-/Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be stress-related!. Or, it's common for women to have irregular periods (ie-not every 28 days)!. A study I read on Webmd!.com said that only 28% of women have regular periods!. So, it may be nothing, but you should contact your doctor if you think it is serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Exercise can sometimes make your period late!. If you have been working out a lot lately, that could affect your cycle!. If you're having all your symptoms though, your period should arrive in a few days!. No worries!

if you have been more active lately, that could be a cause, stress, losing weight could also affect it, changing patterns in sleep!. It will come!. Once mine was a week late as I started practicing a sport!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry, it might just be due to hormone imbalance becuz of your diet!. Some months it might come later than usual but if you're a virgin then it's probably nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if u just started having ur period then its totally normal!. whithin the first couple years of starting it can skip months ata time!. but if uve had ur period for more than a few years than u mite wana see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
