you have to break yourself out of this!.go get yourself some vitamins that will help you with the low iron and also give you more energy!.exercise, eat better and keep yourself busy even when you really just want to lay down!.i had the same issue but then i started to notice that life was passing me by and i wasnt able to accomplish anything because i was always tired and sleepy so i pushed myself to get what i needed to feel better and it will be a little hard at first since you probably dont feel like doing much of anything but in the future youll be happy!.this can also if it hasnt already cause you to be depressed!.i wish you the best sweetie and Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to me like this too!. I know part of it generally comes from your hormones but it is possibly your low Iron!. Iron is very important in women, you can't have to much or to little!. You may actually experience your sleepiness more around your period!. This is because the amount of blood loss and "Iron" in the blood that you are losing!.

Iron is a trace mineral required for red blood cell formation and adequate formation of hemoglobin - the protein that carries oxygen in the blood and myoglobin, a similar protein that carries oxygen in the muscle tissue!. If you are getting no oxygen to your muscles, how are you going to be able to move and operate!?

Women should intake at least 18mg of Iron a day!.

I would recommend a Iron Supplement and there are many in most stores!.!.!.you don't need to spend a lot just a Iron Supplement for Women would be ideal!. Good Luck hun, take care!.
